Pilates Class Services:
Improve core strength, flexibility, breathwork, and overall body alignment with our invigorating apparatus-based Pilates classes. These dynamic, small-group apparatus classes utilize Reformers, Towers, and a splash of Matwork!
Each class is guided by expert instructors and designed to keep immense focus on the client, as originally developed for smaller groups and greater results. You will build deep body connections, improve mobility and stability, and become more breath-focused as you gain strength and flexibility.
Beginner/Intermediate Class:
Pilates class designed for the client who is ready for the pace of a class and for the intermediate client who can apply intermediate challenges to the class flow. This class applies Pilates principles through beginner- and intermediate-level exercises and instruction.
Intermediate Class:
This class offers a great flow of Pilates exercises at an intermediate level and a moderate pace. Clients who have advanced beyond beginner work can enjoy intermediate-level exercises and a smoothly paced flow of Pilates repertoire that prepares them for the next level.
Intermediate/Advanved Class:
Pilates class designed for clients who have progressed beyond the beginner level and have been doing intermediate work to the point that they are ready to advance into the upper-intermediate and advanced Pilates repertoire.
*The instructor must approve entry into this class.
Pre/Postnatal Class:
This class, as indicated by its name, is for the mamas - to offer supportive breath & movement to the body's specific needs during this beautiful time of life.
Pre- and postnatal clients are welcome in Beg/Int and Foundations classes.
Int/Adv class attendance is upon instructor approval.
